Every effort will be made to run the Tour as advertised. The route and the times are still in the planning stages & the rolling stock is being hired in.

We therefore reserve the right to make amendments if circumstances occur that are beyond our control.

We, The CFPS,will not incur any liability to any person who has bought a ticket if we feel compelled to make changes to the intended plans.

During the day of the tour, all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the train runs to plan. However should an unforeseen mishap occur that results in delays, diversions, curtailment or any other amendments, then again, we the CFPS will not be deemed to be liable.

We also cannot accept liability for areas of control that are deemed the responsibility of any third party.

Other than due cancellation by the CFPS, no refund is available.

It is regretted that with the exception of guide dogs neither pets nor bicycles can be conveyed.

Your booking is taken on the understanding that you have read and accept the above mentioned conditions.
